School and Child Care Immunization Reporting
Per Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 392.435, 394.192, 432A.230, 432A.235, and Nevada Administrative Codes (NAC) 432A.500-.505 , each public, private, and charter school, child care facility, and accommodation facility must submit immunization information to the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health every year.
All schools, child care facilities, and accommodation facilities in Nevada must report annual immunization rates by December 31st of each calendar year.
